Biographical/Historical note Huntings Air Surveys developed into the largest air survey company in the UK, until Huntings Associated Industries put the company into liquidation in 1986. The photographic records collected by Huntings Air Surveys were then transferred to Aerofilms. Over 400,000 black and white and 100,000 colour negatives were held, some of which were seventy years old and the company established a library in Borehamwood to promote and sell this historical photography.
