OS Finding Aids released

Finding Aids to over 300,000 aerial photographs of locations across Scotland have been released on the NCAP website. Dating from 1970-2009, these show the locations covered by high-quality vertical aerial photographs used by Ordnance Survey to revise their mapping of the country.

Our next upload of finding aids will feature Ordnance Survey aerial photography of Scotland flown from 1954-1969. These will allow Zoomable Images and Finding Aids subscribers to view our entire catalogue of finding aids for Scotland from their homes and offices.
