The image shows: numerous Landing Ship Tanks (LST) washed up against pontoon 'Whale' roadways and on the beach; flat topped 'Phoenix' prefabricated concrete breakwaters afloat and onshore; merchant cargo and tanker ships offshore (one with barrage balloon aloft); escort corvette-type warship; DUKW amphibious trucks shuttling between beach and ships; numerous vehicles heading off beach and in vehicle parking areas south of piers.
Grass landing strip for spotter aircraft to South of port - no aircraft observed.
